By accessing https://www.insidedataanalytics.com or using our AI Open-End Coding tool (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Inside Data Analytics provides market research technology and operations services, including survey programming, data processing, open-end coding, analytics, and dashboard development, delivered on a project or engagement basis as agreed separately with each client.

The AI Open-End Coding tool available on this site is a free demo version, limited to files of up to 100 responses. It is provided to let prospective clients evaluate the tool’s capability and is not a production-grade or guaranteed-uptime service. For larger studies or production use, contact sales@insidedataanalytics.com.

When you submit a lead capture, quote request, or other form, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including a valid work email address.

You retain ownership of any data or files you upload to the AI coding tool. By uploading a file, you confirm you have the right to share its contents with us and, where applicable, with our AI processing provider (see our Privacy Policy for details on how uploaded content is processed). Do not upload data you are not authorized to share, including respondent data covered by an NDA or contract that prohibits third-party processing without consent.

The Inside Data Analytics name, logo, website design, and content are our property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content or tools without written permission, other than the coded deliverable files the AI coding tool generates for your own use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent demo usage limits through automated or repeated submissions
• Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services
• Use the AI coding tool to process data you are not authorized to share with us

The Services, including the AI coding demo, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated codeframes or coding will be free of inaccuracies — all AI-assisted output should be reviewed before use in client deliverables, which is why the tool includes an editable codeframe review step.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inside Data Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including reliance on AI-generated output from the demo tool. Formal engagements are governed by the separate terms agreed in that project’s contract or statement of work, which take precedence over this section for that engagement.

Our Services depend on third-party infrastructure, including OpenAI (AI processing), Google (lead data storage), and Vercel (hosting). We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from these providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
