Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Inside Data Analytics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://www.insidedataanalytics.com, submit a form, or use our AI Open-End Coding tool (together, the “Services”).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Contact and quote requests: when you fill out our Request a Quote form, we collect your name, company, email, country, service interests, budget range, timeline, and project details.
  • AI coding tool access: to use the AI Open-End Coding demo, we collect your name, work email, and company name.
  • Uploaded files: when you upload a survey response file to the AI coding tool, its contents (including open-end response text) are processed to generate and apply a codeframe, as described in Section 4.
  • Usage data: we record basic usage statistics tied to your email address, such as how many files you’ve uploaded and how many responses you’ve processed, so we can manage demo usage limits.
  • Cookies: see Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to quote requests and provide the services you ask about
  • To grant and manage access to the AI coding tool demo
  • To enforce demo usage limits and detect misuse
  • To improve our website and tools
  • To send you information you’ve requested; we do not sell your data or send marketing emails without your consent

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following third-party providers to operate our Services:

  • OpenAI: when you use the AI coding tool, the open-end response text you upload is sent to OpenAI’s API to generate codeframes and code responses. Per OpenAI’s API data usage policy, data submitted through the API is not used to train OpenAI’s models by default. We do not send your uploaded file to OpenAI in full — only the response text needed to complete the coding task.
  • Google Sheets: your name, email, and company (from the lead and quote forms) are stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to our team, used to track and follow up on inquiries and demo usage.
  • Vercel: our website and tool are hosted on Vercel’s infrastructure, which processes standard web request data (such as IP address) as part of serving the site.

We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain our business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it. Uploaded file contents are processed to generate your coding deliverable and are not retained on our servers beyond that processing.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the site to function, and may use optional cookies to understand aggregate site usage. You can accept or decline optional cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting access to lead and usage data to authorized team members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR in the EU/UK). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business use by professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
